We are within walking distance from the ferry dock, shops, salons, coffee, restaurants and grocery, Saturday farmers market, and marina activities. Just a short drive/bike ride away from Peace Health Island Hospital and Friday Harbor Airport.

Each units at the Montecito is has an open floor plan, high ceilings with loads of natural light, granite countertops, cherry oak cabinetry, and Santa Barbara tile, carpeting, and gas fireplaces.
Units have spacious bedrooms, a dining area, a front view deck and patios, separate entries, and ample parking. There is a shared coin-operated washer and dryer as well.

One Bed /One Bath Simple flat in well cared for condo complex just a short walk to Friday Harbor Ferry Dock.
This is a very quiet, mature condo community with long-term tenants. Tours are available by appointment only.
6-month to 1-year leases
+ One bedroom, One 3/4 bathroom (shower only). Approx 850 sq ft

+ No smoking or burning anything in or around the building, no vaping, no drugs, no parties.
+ Background and credit checks required
+ Regarding animals: NO CATS // We will consider one extremely gentle, well-behaved, quiet, older dog with an additional pet fee and damage deposit.
+ IMPORTANT: Single occupancy rental rate is $1630.00
For an additional person living in the unit add $75.00 per month.
Both occupants must fill in separate applications and be listed on the lease.

+ Our rental rates are between $1350. - $2350. per month plus damage deposit, depending on which unit is available. This monthly rate includes some utilities and space for one standard vehicle.
+ There is a waitlist for garage spaces , let us know if you are interested.
+ To be considered as a tenant we ask that you comply with a background check, a credit check, and provide 3 references.
+ There is no smoking or burning anything allowed in or around buildings.
+ Sorry, we do not allow pets.
